The Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris, has arrived in Tanzania for a state visit.
At Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, Kamala, along with her delegation, was received by the Vice President of Tanzania, Dr. Philip Mpango.
While in the country, Kamala is expected to meet the President of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan tomorrow, March 30, 2023, at the State House in Dar es Salaam.
Kamala Harris has arrived in the country from Ghana, and after concluding her work visit in Tanzania, she will head to Zambia.
This is her first visit to Africa since she took office in January 2021.
